“I'm vegan, so i usually get a vegetarian pizza without mozzarella or a marinara with some extra vegetables. Today I went for a marinara with some grilled squash, bell peppers and spinach. I may still be overwhelmed, but honest to God, the feeling right now is that this is the best vegetarian pizza I've ever had. The vegetables taste as rich as only Piemonte's fruitful land can make them.”
